In the first week of March, The Great Capcom Exhibition was revealed to be held in the Nakanoshima Museum of Art in Osaka, Japan from March 20, 2025 to June 22, 2025.
Early snippets revealed a number of interactive and visual experiences celebrating Capcom’s 40+ year history, along with framed game artwork, and a Character Parade, where newly-drawn animations of various Capcom characters (including Breath of Fire III’s Ryu and Nina) walk along a 52-foot / 16-meter long wall towards the entrance of the museum. We’re delighted (and relieved) that Breath of Fire is included in this celebration.
Since the exhibit just recently opened to the public, photos have been popping up online showing off what one may find at the exhibit. Thanks to Japanese Breath of Fire fan and artist @item_shop_toshi, we’ve got a good look at the Breath of Fire artwork and items featured! Since the exhibition runs until late June, we’re hoping more Breath of Fire items will be added!
Take a look at the images below, and special thanks again to @item_shop_toshi for sharing! It’d be a dream for overseas Breath of Fire fans to attend this!
